Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. For your own protection that your insurance pays for your appointment - Some of the insurances do need prior authorization and referrals. Some insurance companies will not pay if you do not have this referral or prior authorization.

Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
